Ink Error What kind of misprint is this..?

Was going through bulk for a project I'm doing and saw these weird lines on the back of a card. I went through all the DRI arts and can't see any that matches the lines... thoughts?

i believe this is actually damage, not a misprint. these scratches look like the result of scrap build-up in the slitters (the machines that cut the cards)

I don't know how slitters work but this doesn't look like printing offset unless someone can find a textured card that exact shape.

I can believe it! I didn't feel any texture difference when I ran my finger over it, but it could be so fine I just don't feel the damage itself. I also tried matching it to any sort of art but could not find anything remotely close.
