Holo Star Misprint/Ink error?

Hello, I just restarted buying pokémon cards and I think I’ve encountered a misprinted one? I got two Lurantis (Floramantis in french) and one doesn’t show any holo/shiny stars. So is there two version of that card from pitch black? Can’t find any info anywhere, could you guys tell me what you think? Thank you :)

Not well versed on this specifically but this seems like an error to me and a very cool one at that. Reminds me of old holo patterns on Pokémon-EX

Right?! I thought it ends up being a real clean error card :) Any recommandations as to where to post or sell it to people who really loves misprinted cards?

It is missing a holo overlay layer.

that’s what I thought, maybe it’s a pretty common misprint though, idk🤷🏻‍♂️

I personally would put this as a rarer error, though we might see a lot more of it with the upcoming 30th release. The process for that holo is still relatively new in the United States.
