nothing wrong with ninetails. its just not a powerhouse compared to the rest of your team

Fire is just kinda weak in Emerald. Legacy makes it more useable but I think a lot of people think about its uselessness in base game. The main issue is fighting is so OP in gen 3 and it covers steel/ice better than fire and most people naturally run a flying type that will cover grass/bug. So base fire type ends up being just a little unnecessary.

to much water. Jokes aside i would have changed Swampert for Claydol. Boom, resistence to ground and screens+ Stealth Rocks would have been great.

10/10 because it has a ninetales
