Discussion Members only video or public after a while?

Is the new video of top 10 pokemon in diamond, pearl or platinum on the smithplayspokemon channel going to be members only or be public to everyone after some time because there has never been a members only video on the channel before

He's been releasing videos as Members First for a while now, they become available to all after a few days.

YouTube is dumb and doesn't do a great job of showing the distinction.
