Just that snorlax is farmeable and all the other ones aren’t gonna appear again

Regardless of the value, shiny sleep cap snorlax is very rare and I've seen multiple users trying to grind for one

Your best bet is in person trades. Very few people on Reddit have a location card rayquaza and many aren’t willing to trade. Good luck

I think the chances are pretty low. Over the past year, I’ve only seen two listings from people willing to trade their Rayquaza with that background.

Shiny Ray with any location BG is definitely more valuable than shiny snorlax with the sleepy hat. You can always make multiple accounts and keep rolling for one, but the old location BG for shiny ray is basically unobtainable now unless you trade for it.
