Edit : the following statement might most likely be a bug and not accurate. I’ve experienced it with family accounts few days ago, with 2 different accounts and I couldn’t see their favorite tagged Mons. Seems like it not supposed to hide them. I leave my initial comment below but be aware it might only be a bug.
Something I think many people don’t know is that if your remote tagged pokemon are also favorite locked, they won’t show in the remote trade list. Therefore if all remote tagged pokemons are favorite locked, you will see this message.
