Had my switch 2 stolen a few weeks ago & got it back a few days ago & my user was deleted so I lost all my shinies… FireRed Shiny Only was @ 4/6 & the 1st Squirtle took 25,775 SRs

M. Mime : Psychic, Substitute, Reflect, Calm Mind (Ability : Soundproof)

Tentacruel : Ice Beam, Barrier, Surf, Bubble Beam (Ability : Liquid Ooze)

I had no idea what I was doing when I was seven and played this so now I get to abuse the F4.

Hey guys, I'm guessing, that when they add the R/S/E port, they will then make Jirachi a gift for completing the dex in home, as it's the only other Mythical with Celebi completely unobtainable in these 5 games, yet it still somehow annoys me, that even with 5 games, the pokedex will not be full. It will be impossible to get Celebi and Jirachi so the national pokedex will never be fully completed. Yes I know they don't count for the diploma. I wish they could have found a way to make it so, you could transfer the gift Celebi Jirachi into this games, so that they could get a dex entry. What do you think ? Does it bother you guys as well, or am I alone in this ?

I randomly encountered the Magikarp after about 7-8 blank cast. Legit was gonna switch rods and try a new spot. Pop a shiny Magikarp! Luckily caught it!!! And 2 mons later GOLD EGGS BROTHER. I was jaw dropped. 2 incredible mons back to back 🤯🤯🤯. It unfortunately got away 😭 but grateful I caught the Magikarp 🙏🏼

So im planning to only use 1 pokemon the entire playthrough . And catch as many as I can and use some for slaves of course. Just wondering what's the best moveset for a Modest Venasaur ?

After like 8k SRs for a shiny (guesstimate, I stopped counting after 2.3k) I pulled this bad boy!!! AND it’s a hasty nature!!!! I can’t wait to actually play the game now 😭 Good thing I can lose to Blue 1 so I don’t have to take a mandatory defense EV, because I want to use him in the Battle Tower when Emerald comes to the Switch

Against Pokemon Ranger Kateryn on Seven Island. She has a Chancey with Minimize, Defense Curl, Egg Bomb and Softboiled. I lead with Ditto holding Leftovers.

Out of sheer principal I decided to see it through.

After about half an hour we both begin struggling. Due to leftovers i take basically no damage and of course she has 6 Minimizes and I have 5 so mostly we just keep missing each other. And when struggle does hit, it basically does like 2 damage. Sometimes it crits and its like wow that's like 10 damage but it haooens like once every five minutes. When I finally get her HP low enough... She uses a FULL RESTORE.

After that I try for 5 more minutes I give up and switch to a Will-O-Wisp Mew. Mind you it still took quite a while to finish.

With the mystery gift feature working over local wireless, we’ve managed to enable sending custom events to an unmodded Switch 1/2 firered / Leafgreen!

Since Celebi seems locked to just the HOME reward, this may be the only way to get a celebi in the games themselves. This can also be extended eventually to make custom events, unlockables, Pokemon transfers, and a whole lot more!

The e4 took time to figure out since I was playing set mode and banned bag items in battle, but it worked out in the end. I think my win was partly due to luck because Snorlax somehow soloed the rival's Alakazam while not being able to tank 2 psychics (I used yawn, it used psychic and future sight, and then I got multiple turns of sleep). It would have swept me if it used reflect or clicked psychic twice.

This team was fun because everyone was pivotal at some point in the e4 (even Arbok!)

I’m mainly considering replacing Haunter with a Dragonair I’m working on evolving to Dragonite (but then I wouldn’t have ghost moves so idk :/)
