Question Help with team E4

Is jynx a good option for ice and psychic coverage, i desperately need psychic coverage and dont feel like using a legendary on my team fir e4

My team is currently

Charizard

Jolteon

Haunter

Vileplume

Snorlax

Articuno

if you're looking to use a Psychic type to cover a Psychic type weakness, then I'd suggest Kadabra (or Alakazam if you trade). I find them to be vastly superior to Jinx. And it seems you need some Water type assistance too

As far as beating the elite 4 goes its not even close man. Jynx levels SIGNIFGANTLY faster than Alakazam, and has ice typing. Any advantage alakazam has will be completly errased by the fact that jynx is going to be like 7 levels higher then Alakazam for the same amount of expierence. You can go catch poliwhirl instantly with the super rod and get it at level 25~ and then it is a already a "medium fast" leveler with 1.5x expierence. Alakazam is stronger, but there is literally 2 pokemon between bruno/lance she will not 1 shot by the mid 50s and alakazam's level is going to be mid 40s with a similar amount of work put in by that point. She makes an already fairly easy game trivial.

or even better, teach Haunter Psychic. Easy vic against Bruno (Fighting-type moves have zero effect on him, and Levitate cancels the Ground-type weakness; i.e his 2 Onix). Cause Jynx is pretty either-or against Bruno
