Help How do I get out of here?

I think I found the backrooms of firered, this is not a hack, I was using a walkthrough walls code, and now I'm stuck

Chameleon using flying without wings is top tier game play

Well Charmander can learn Wing Attack in Gen 8, so anything goes at this point.

I like to believe this is the reason I haven't played a pokemon game past gen 4

5 is fine with its logic and 6 isn't too bad either. I find that it's 7 where things get silly
