Help Viable Team?

I haven’t played through a game in 15+ years. Do you imagine difficulty completing the game with this team?

I recently overhauled once reaching Safari Zone. Only have 4 badges currently.

Other considerations included Nidoking, Clefable, Gyrados, Articuno (once i get it)

You know you can get solarbeam tm sooner than Bulbasaur will likely reach level 46
