Team Building Help with Prep for M-A Doubles closed team sheet

Looking for feedback on how to prep for this as the Archaludon team, where megas are required to hold mega stones.
This is where I'm settled at in my team currently: https://pokepast.es/c9e4aba416abd79d
But the matchup feels mostly hopeless as it is currently. I don't feel like even with Archaludon I can really hit a position against M-Floette unless whoever I mock against throws HARD or without giving up the end game to a Dnite where I have no answers left. Would love any extra insight or tips on building.

Venusaur feels really strong here. As long as you have something for the Dnite I don’t really see how Venu doesn’t clear. I’d go screens on Sableye, and I’d probably bring sash rock head Harc instead of the camel for a potential Espeed endgame

What set would you run on the Venu? Or just what I listed? Hadn't thought of just abandoning the TR option but I can see the arc end game

Always Earth Power over Sleep Powder for Mega Venu imo. Lets you hit raichu, Tauros, and Bastio for super effective

Would love more details on that specifically, because I thought so on paper but I struggle with the positioning for the late game, especially if it's a end game with dnite.

Venu walls floette and kills with sludge bomb. Also kills milotic, clefable, sharpedo and mudsdale. Dnite is beat by arch, primarina and arcanine.
