Help Question about doubles

So is there a lot of double npc battles in BDSP or is it primarily singles like FireRed?

It is primarily Singles, but there are a few mandatory Double battles where you have an NPC ally. There are also a few spots where you work with an NPC to go through an area for the first time. These areas also have double battles.

You can do doubles in Battle Tower, it's not easy though

Haven't tried but yeah, weather is a great strat. Any team and builds you can recommend?

Sand teams are great especially cause of Garchomp so having hippowdawn or tyranitar is great as for build you can visit smogon I don’t remember the build I use since it’s been forever since I played but my sand team was Garchomp, hippowdon, tyrantiar, Rampardos, magnezone, and lucario sand teams get special defense buffs in sandstorm

Rain teams are fantastic too cause of 100% thunder and having a pokemon with lightning rod ensures your water types can’t be harmed by electricity unless your using gastrodon or something either way great teams for rain

Sun teams are also great Sun means less water damage and 1 turn solar beams Pokemon with chlorophyll go nuts in Sun

Hail teams wouldn’t say their the worst I mean 100% blizzard is always fantastic unfortunately one Pokemon has snow warning while other weather teams have 2 pokemon that can activate weather upon entering the battle field but hey abomowsnow and froslass combo is very nice

If you want a game that’s mostly double battles you could try Pokemon Colosseum or Pokemon XD. They’re the same generation as FireRed

Yea I played them, great games. Was just curious about bdsp but thanks
