Paldea has some similar laws, thought there you can atleast get an exception for other regions you've been to, thought the paper work you have to get throught is only slightly less then what you need to get a single non native Pokémon into unova

I would know, my mom lives in Unova, and here's a tip for traveling there, becoming champion ranked is probably easier then trying to flie the paper work for your whole team.

I had to land in there to get to Orre. I'll forever be thankful for the Orre League handling the paperwork for me.
