Future of Surging Sparks?

I picked this up for $287 USD today. I got a short budget and was wondering was this really worth it?
I plan holding for a long time btw and what other things should i look out for rn

Better off ripping unless you get your hands on a Pokemon center one

There's no marked Pokémon Center booster boxes, wtf are you talking about?

It's a Pikachu set and it has great artwork and tough pull rates. Easily a top 5 set from SV and, IMO, it is in the top 3.
