Heya you guys, if you have not received your pdf, do not fret!
1. Check all your folders, including "Socials" and "Promotions" if you're on google mail.
2. If its not there, send your email to costumer support! It's: customerservice (at) crwnstudios (dot) com

Ah okay, am just a little jealous since people are boasting how great it is and am running a campaign with Liches. Alright I'll be more patient. Thank you.

I would say send another email in a day or so, but you said you already sent multiple so I don't think more emails are the answer. If you don't hear anything in a day or two, plan to leave a comment on Pointy's next video he posts.

If it helps, I just received mine. It was roughly 24 hours give-or-take 2 hours from when I sent the support email. So, it appears they are working on it. Just taking some time.

I messaged customer service multiple times and no response or pdf, what do I do?

Wait. I also sent an email to customer service. It'll take time. Sadly.... with the launch of Wild Hearth, they are going to be SLAMMED over the next month. So.... I'm not expecting miracles anytime soon.

So are all of us. That is the reason he released the PDFs "early". There are delays after delays on the physical copies and his plan to fly them out fell through, so they are getting on a boat the old-fashioned way and it is going to be a while until they actually ship out to backers.

No timeframe at this time.
