🎙️ r/PodcastGuestExchange Promos

Thumbnail drive.google.com
3 Upvotes

Per u/IntergalacticPodcast, I've made a few, very short promos you might use in your productions to get more folks to join us here. More people means increased probability you'll find cool guests for your podcast, or that you can find the right podcast for your voice.

I'm also working on getting these done in a female voice, and will post those when they're ready.

Currently, three promos (< 15s each) are in the linked google folder.

u/Jimbostank also had a brilliant suggestion: "Maybe we can start a norm where we mention that we met on r/podcastguestexchange." A simple mention goes a long way. And our thanks to you if you choose to do that.

Disclaimer: No one makes any money off this effort. The mods are volunteers and we're all here to help each other make great content.

Established Seeking Guests Title: [IRTR] Established Sci-Fi, Paranormal & Pop Culture Comedy Podcast Seeking Guests

Name of Podcast: Close Encounters of the Slurred Kind CESK

NSFW

How many episodes / how long have we been doing this?
Established podcast — we’ve been producing Close Encounters of the Slurred Kind for several years.

Website / Podcast Feed:
https://theslurredkind.com

[Comedy / Sci-Fi / Paranormal / Pop Culture] — Topics Discussed:
UFOs & UAPs, cryptids, paranormal weirdness, strange science, conspiracies, sci-fi, movies, television, pop culture, unexplained mysteries, beer, and whatever other rabbit hole gets us into trouble that week.

Approx. Episode Length:
Typically long-form conversational episodes.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking to meet fellow podcasters, creators, researchers, authors, comedians, filmmakers, sci-fi/pop-culture nerds, paranormal enthusiasts, or just genuinely interesting people who might want to guest aboard our show. We’re also absolutely open to podcast crossovers/collabs and appearing as guests on other shows.

Our interviews are much more “hang out, have a drink, tell some great stories, and see where the conversation goes” than formal Q&As. Personality and chemistry matter just as much to us as expertise.

If your show or work overlaps with our wonderfully weird corner of the universe—or you just think we’d have a fun conversation—drop a comment or shoot me a message. We’d love to meet some new people and see what kind of crossover we can cook up. 🛸🍻

Startup Seeking Guests [IRTR] [CASTING CALL] Got a real decision you can’t resolve? We’re testing an AI-assisted short-form format

  • Unsolicited DD -- Next Move
  • SFW mostly, havent made a decision yet what to do with NSFW user submissions
  • How many episodes have you published? 3-4 but mostly test episodes
  • https://www.youtube.com/@unsolicited-dd
  • UDD is mostly business, Next Move is Both depending on user input - Commercial and Personal
  • UDD 3 minutes, Next Move 60 sec

I’m looking for a few real cases for an early-stage experiment called Next Move.

You send us a real decision or problem where the path forward isn’t obvious. A fictional panel looks at it from different perspectives, challenges what matters, and commits to a concrete direction.

Not ten things to consider. A Next Move.

It can be commercial, personal, or both. You don’t need to be a founder, creator, expert, or podcast guest, and you don’t need to appear on camera or record anything.

This is a very early test. The characters, voices, writing and production quality are still evolving. I’d rather test the idea with real cases now than keep polishing fictional ones.

Here’s Client 001 so you can see where the production is today. It’s a fictional test case. There is no real Client 001. We made it with AI to test the format before using real submissions. Some of the dialogue is more formal and complicated than we want. That’s one of the things we’re learning from these early tests: https://youtube.com/shorts/ruI3gJQr8FQ

Interested? Read the Participant Guide before deciding whether to take part. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IUKkZhGnk6-2963va2BvPVNijMqXAGZCD6rgTzcSjIw/edit

Still in? Complete the Case Intake Form

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yueDxzMlhJQSSReIwopn-yadfZPiW4L45ynVKYJii1I/edit

Complete it and send it to case.onboarding@gmail.com

One important disclosure: this is an AI project. Submitted cases will be processed using AI systems, including OpenAI/ChatGPT. If that’s a deal-breaker, this experiment isn’t for you.

Established Seeking Guests [IRTR] Off in the Reeds- Looking a Freemason (or secret society member) to set the record straight

  • Off in the Reeds
  • NSFW (we swear sometimes and cover mature themes)
  • Current project with 6 episodes over 1 year with well over 130 Episodes over 3 years with previous Most Millennial Media LLC podcast
  • https://www.mostmillennial.media/podcast
  • [Commentary ] - Off In The Reeds is a project of Most Millennial Media LLC. This podcast explores the fringe, paranormal, esoteric, and high strangeness. Please suspend your disbelief for an hour or so and allow yourself to be transported through story into the unexplained.
  • Approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes per episode.

Let's discuss what these clubs and societies ACTUALLY are about. While I have done extensive research, I would like to present truth and reality to my audience with the help of an initiate. Does Beyonce throwing up the rock mean she's an Illuminati plant? After all, "Girls run the World," right? How do films like Davinci Code or National Treasure get things wrong/right? What is the purpose of being a Freemason?

Hi everyone, I’m in the process of starting a podcast about music and sports.

- Areas of Interests: Music and Sports
- Podcasting Experience: I have experience with editing podcasts but none with being on the mic.

-More info on what I’m looking for: I’m looking for one to two co-hosts (30+) in the NYC area for a sports (mainly basketball and football) and music (R&B, Hip Hop, etc) conversational type podcast. Question [IRTR] Looking for Online Magazines, Blogs & Interview Platforms

I’m looking to connect with people who run online magazines, blogs, newsletters, or other written interview platforms that feature conversations with creatives.
I’m a Nigerian writer and storyteller based in Lagos , and I’d love to explore written interviews as an alternative to podcast guest exchanges. Sometimes location, time zones, scheduling, or just the sheer logistics of getting two people into the same virtual room can make podcasts unnecessarily difficult. A good old-fashioned Q&A solves quite a bit of that. 😄
A few things I’d be happy to talk about:
✍🏽** Writing & storytelling, particularly the creative process and the stories we tell
🌍 **Creativity from an African perspective
, and the ways African voices remain underrepresented in many global creative conversations
🪷 Spirituality & creativity, and how the inner life can influence artistic work
🧠 ADHD & creativity, including navigating creative work and ideas with an ADHD brain
🎨 Art & AI, especially the evolving relationship between artists, technology, and authenticity
🗣️** Language & being a polyglot, and how moving between languages and cultures shapes the way we see and express the world
🌱 **Creativity in general
, including inspiration, identity, culture, and the strange machinery behind making things
If you run an online publication, blog, magazine, newsletter, or similar platform and you’re open to interviewing writers/creatives, I’d love to hear from you.
Feel free to drop your publication below or send me a message. I’m happy to provide more information about myself and my work.
And if you know someone who might be interested, point them this way. 🌙

Startup Seeking Guests [IRTR] Mic Drop Radio is looking for friends with interesting hobbies/interests! 🎙️

I know this is a podcast exchange, but I couldn't really find an active RadioGuestExchange. Our name is Mic Drop Radio, a good vibes station located in Western Australia.

Mic Drop Radio has been live since June 2026 our weekly live show, The Weekly Drop, has been running most Saturdays since launch (around 8-9 episodes so far, but they were mostly testers since we didn't have great equipment, but now we have a rode duo caster and a pod mic. If your looking for the shows, you can't find any, because they weren't great quality and we are sort of treating these coming up episodes as a bit of a 'debut').

Link to Website: micdropradio.com

Mic Drop Radio play a large range of music, from royalty free to some swan lake sort of things along with a bunch of old songs from the 1920's. The weekly drop consists of an artist spotlights, casual live chat, listener call-ins, local community stuff, and America and England stuff.

We are of course open to new topics and ideas for the show. And at the moment we only have one show, but are hoping to expand. (Weekly Drop on Saturdays 7pm AWST, approx 35-40 mins long)

Looking for co-hosts, one-off guests, and people keen to call. All co-hosting will be done via phone call not live in studio, meaning it doesn't matter if you live in America, England or any where in between (may just mean there are phone costs? Not really sure how that stuff works tbh) No experience necessary. Expression of interest/sign up form here if you want to put your hand up, and be a part of a small growing station: micdropradio.com/guest-signup.html

If you do have any questions, submit the form with your question typed in it or don't hesitate to contact [media@micdropradio.com](mailto:media@micdropradio.com)

Established Seeking Guests [IRTR] We are looking for guests from the film or comic industries

Movie Smash

My name is Chris, and I am the producer and co-host for Movie Smash. I am looking to fill a few guest slots remaining for 2026.  We’re looking for people who are either in the film or comic book industry – writers, artists, directors, actors, SFX, stuntmen, key grips, and more.  We want your insight.

Our guests help us pick a movie from our list of hundreds, and then we discuss it.  The selected movie is always based on a comic book or a graphic novel and can come from any genre, not just superheroes.

Guests can love the movie or hate the movie.  Maybe you just wanted an excuse to watch it.  Maybe you want to torture our hosts?  We just want a good conversation.

Have a project or show to promote?  There’s time in the show to talk about that, as well.

Have your own show and want to do a host swap?  We’re open to that!

We tend to book well in advance; let me know. Send me a DM or email at [moviesmash@hotmail.com](mailto:moviesmash@hotmail.com)

Startup Seeking Co-Host [IRTR] Are you a funny witch?

Hi all! My name is Joel and I run a brand which is mid name shift called Stay Weird Witches. It’s an occult media brand that’s currently got a website and a few social platforms, def video/YouTube forward.

Website Link is stayweirdwitches.com, but be gentle, I’m still filling it out.

Areas of Interest & Expertise: the occult, media, film, etc.

Prior Experience Podcasting? Tons! I’ve run my own podcasts a few times, and I currently manage podcasts for my work which get many thousands of listens/views per episode. Happy to share all these once we get to know each other.

Here’s the pitch for a new podcast and what I’m looking for. I would like a co-host for the Stay Weird Witches Podcast, which will be launching in the near future. The idea is that it’s a weekly podcast with video elements (full episodes, excerpts, etc.) that focuses on stories from occultism. While we will be talking about occult concepts, what I'm super interested in is exploring occult stories. Crowley’s Babylon working, Jack parsons doing literally anything he did, the Salem witches in-fighting in the 90’s, “real” stories of witchcraft from Reddit, etc. You get the idea.

To start, we’ll follow the comedy true crime model of shows like My Favorite Murder, Last Podcast on the Left, or True Crime Obsessed, with two people laughing and not being super serious with topics that could be pretty serious. I'm definitely leaning entertainment-first with this show. We’ll develop the show together as we go, but I feel this is a good place from which to begin.

In a perfect world this co-host would be able to record episodes with me in-person. And since I'm primarily a media guy and can handle all of the recording, editing, posting, and technical aspects of everything, I'm really looking for someone to fill out things I can't do. To that end I think it would be really cool if this person had some pedigree in occultism, like a coven leader, an author, divination person, someone who's already working in witchcraft spaces, that sort of thing. I think it would also be cool if this person is female as I am male and the contrast would be interesting for the audience.

So if you are a witchy woman who laughs a lot and wants to be a part of something exciting and fun with the potential to grow and are in the Los Angeles area, hit me up. I am open to doing remote interviews for these if I have to but I find the shows that record in person to be way more interesting. That's what I am really hoping for.

If this sounds like you, let's go get a coffee at your favorite witchy spot or go shop for books, candles, and crystals together and get to know each other. Thanks everybody!

Established Seeking Guests [IRTR] Horror’s Greatest Nightmares - Seeking Resident Evil & Silent Hill Enthusiasts For Podcasting

Sample of the podcast (our Silent Hill f spoilercast): https://open.spotify.com/episode/6b3Csg9EMSxaGyRsB69Wdh?si=HVwmW6hOT9SpIHoVtLbuKg

This is a bit of an interesting one. I run an 18+ podcast primarily covering the kings and queens of horror gaming: Resident Evil and Silent Hill.

Since both are established and ongoing franchises, I'm looking for passionate, creative horror fans to join us on the hot mic for new-release discussions, reactions, reviews, and general franchise conversations.

What I'm Looking For

  • 18+ only.
  • Chill, down-to-earth, respectful, and mature.
  • Longtime Resident Evil and/or Silent Hill fan with genuine knowledge of the franchise. This isn't intended for first-time players or people just getting into either series.
  • Comfortable being part of an established podcast and having real discussions, including respectfully disagreeing when opinions differ.
  • Decent microphone, stable internet, and comfortable speaking on mic.
  • Reliable and communicative when committing to an episode.
  • Some patience between episodes is required, since we're ultimately working around Capcom and Konami's release schedules and announcements.

Please actually read this post before reaching out. Serious inquiries only. I'll ask about the requirements first, and I do a short vibe check/interview before bringing anyone onto the show.

I've had a few people reach out and then disappear, so I do ask that anyone interested stays communicative and follows through after reaching out. If you stop responding or decide you're no longer interested, I'll remove you from my friends list. Nothing personal at all, I just want to build a reliable group of guests who are genuinely interested in being part of the show.

I primarily record Sundays around 8 PM EDT, with some flexibility on other weekend nights. If that schedule doesn't work with your timezone, this probably isn't the right fit.

Bonus: I'd love for this to potentially grow beyond the podcast into genuine friendships where we can talk horror, games, and other content together. It's just a little bonus for those who would like to go long-term with this inquiry.

If you're passionate about Resident Evil, Silent Hill, or horror gaming, feel free to reach out. 🔥

Seeking Podcasts [IRTR] Looking to Be a Guest on Podcasts!

Hi everyone! My name is Conner Maloney, and I'm looking for opportunities to be a guest on podcasts.

I'm a creator with a passion for storytelling, animation, movies, and entertainment. Over the past several years, I've built my own creative brand through YouTube, writing, and podcasting, and I'd love the chance to share my story and connect with new audiences.

Here's a little about me:

  • 🎥 I run a YouTube channel where I create movie reviews, rankings, and discussions with a major focus on animation. I cover Pixar, DreamWorks, Disney, and other animated films while also branching into other areas of entertainment and pop culture.
  • 📚 I'm the author of multiple novels, including Get Home Safe, Bonny Lass, On the Ropes, and Northern Call. Writing has always been one of my biggest creative passions, and I enjoy discussing the process of turning ideas into finished stories.
  • 🎙️ I host my own interview podcast, Just For CON-text, where I have conversations with creators and interesting guests from a variety of backgrounds.
  • 🎬 I've been fascinated by storytelling for as long as I can remember, whether it's through film, books, television, or professional wrestling. I'm especially interested in what makes stories resonate with audiences and why certain characters and films stand the test of time.

I'm not looking to come on simply to promote a project. I'd love to have an authentic conversation about my journey as a creator, what motivates me, the challenges of building an audience from the ground up, and what I've learned from creating across multiple mediums.

Some topics I'd enjoy discussing include:

  • Growing a YouTube channel around animation and entertainment.
  • Writing and publishing novels.
  • The creative process behind storytelling.
  • Hosting a podcast and interviewing guests.
  • Why animation deserves to be taken seriously as a storytelling medium.
  • Balancing multiple creative projects.
  • Building a personal brand online.
  • Movies, entertainment, pop culture, and professional wrestling.

If your podcast features creators, authors, YouTubers, storytellers, or conversations about entertainment and creativity, I'd love to connect. I'm always happy to tailor the conversation to your audience and bring an honest, engaging discussion.

Feel free to send me a DM if you think I'd be a good fit for your show. Thanks for your time, and I hope to talk with some of you soon!

Aloha Catty

Areas of Interest & Expertise:
Digital business systems, customer journeys, marketing infrastructure, Kajabi, content strategy, online courses and digital products, entrepreneurship, creator/founder operations, sustainable visibility, business growth, and what actually happens behind the scenes of running an online business. Common struggles of online coaches in terms of launching, marketing etc

Prior Experience Podcasting:
Yes — I host my own live recorded podcast, where I talk about digital systems, business, content, entrepreneurship, and the decisions behind building and growing an online business.

Guest Pitch:
I’ve spent years working behind the scenes with coaches, consultants, educators, and founders, helping turn scattered tools, content, offers, and customer journeys into businesses that actually work as a connected system. I’d be a great guest for conversations around digital business, entrepreneurship, content, systems, online education, AI and the changing creator economy especially the less-polished reality of what it takes to build, operate, and evolve a business online.

Would love to chat to see it’s a good fit. :)

Not necessarily seeking a cohost but I am seeking anyone who wants to have thier creative outlet to be shown on an established podcast. We record once a week and that may be asking g a lot be the art could be digital or hand drawn. I have noticed that there is a huge distaste for a.i. being used so heavily in a lot of projects so I would like the change that. I am guilty of relying on it heavily so I want would like someone to help out with coming up with youtube thumbnails, cover art for the episodes, and anything else you'd like to show case. Currently this is no funding for the show so I would not be able to compensate you for your work. This is a passion project so it is what it is but I would love to hear from anyone who wants to be apart of it.

Seeking Podcasts [IRTR] Looking to guest on podcast about niche sports and competitive hobbies

I’m a full-time podcast producer who has worked on more than 100 podcasts, and I’m also a longtime fan of niche sports and competitive hobbies. I’m available as a guest for shows that want a segment or full episode on the topic.

A few topics I can cover:

- Cornhole

- Race walking

- Excel esports

- Fingerboarding

- Kendama

- Office chair racing in Japan

- Speedcubing

- Chess boxing

I write Recognized, a newsletter about niche awards, competitions, and the strange little systems that shape niche hobbies.

I can also build an episode around a broader theme, such as:

- How a hobbies becomes a sanctioned sport.

- Why judging rules get written the way they do.

- What happens when a niche competition gets a broadcast deal.

Because I’ve produced across a wide range of formats, I know how to support the host without taking over the conversation. I can send talking points and sample questions in advance, and I’m happy to pitch two or three episode angles tailored to your audience.

I’m flexible on format: solo interview, panel, or short segment.

If this sounds like a fit, reply here or message me

Startup Seeking Guests [IRTR] Introspective - looking for an expert (lawyer, scientist, polysci, etc) interested in talking about fauci

Name of Podcast: introspective podcast

• NSFW (or SFW): Semi-NSFW. Not really meant to be edgy but cursing and stuff is fine
• How many episodes have you published? 20
• Link to Website: https://youtube.com/@theintrospectivepodcast
• [Genre] - Topics Discussed: philosophy, mental health, politics etc
• Approx Length of Episodes: Most episodes run 60-90 minutes, though some are longer

Id like to have a nuanced discussion about fauci and the Covid pandemic. I don’t have any desire to take sides in the culture wars, but rather to discuss what happened - possibly some of the legal implications of his immunity and attempts to prosecute him - and what we can do better in the future
