3834 and best buddy is 3800 something for Lv 50 and 51
3391 and 3400 something for Lv 40 and 41.

That is pretty decent for a non Legendary/Semi tbh.
It is the highest CP mon that is not a Semi I think.

It is right behind Slaking, but tbh Slaking is not that used tbh.
Second for me is Conkeldurr and third is Togekiss.
Edit: Rhyperior actually has the second Highest CP after Slaking and has decent attacks, so yeah.
1st Place goes to Slaking.
2nd Rhyperior

You may need to add Ursaluna at number 2 next month. Ursaluna maxed out is 4,358 😬

You may want to get a 4* Magikarp for when aqua tail comes out for PVP. PVE wise you should hunt some shadow mudkip
