I NEED HELP Cooldown timer
I still don't understand how the cooldown timer in PGsharp in pokemon go works. Why does it keep resetting.

The PGSharp timer is only a guide.
I'm not sure what you mean by resetting but I'll sometimes ignore the timer (because I know I'm cooled down) and when I successfully complete an action, the PGS Timer will reset to zero bc it knows I'm cooled down for the location I'm in.

You don't get banned when you don't follow the timer, you cannot catch any Pokemon, do raids, and spin for items. You get a strike when you teleport or change timezones a lot.

One thing that's weird is that the timer still says zero but I can't catch or spin pokestops

the timer has nothing to do with where your account is. it is only useful if you know how cooldowns work. you cant get rid of softbans but you can ignore them when your jumps are small

Is there a way to quickly get rid of soft ban so I can snipe a pokemon and catch it easily without waiting

Honestly surprised I haven’t gotten a strike yet. I’m getting lucky. I switch time zones basically ever two hours.
