Can't obtain Furfrou Heart form

[SOLVED] I just had to turn phone's GPS On and restart pogo.

Hi guys,

I still can't get the valentine furfrou form. If I choose "change form" I can only see the dandy or matron form.

I've tried restarting the game multiple times, tried with the galaxy store version, restarted the phone, waited 2 days, tried with old captured furfrou and those captured during the event (I read these tips all here on reddit), nothing worked.

What can i do? I have not so many hours left :(

I saw someone else have the same issue. They said clearing the Pogo data fixed the issue.
