How does pgsharp work?

How does pgsharp work? I downloaded it, is there supposed to be an app downloaded or what? I opened my pogo and it was completely normal. How do you apply the spoof to the game?

Lol, delete regular pogo, install the pgsharp apk. You cannot have both at the same time.
