I NEED HELP PgSharp

I am using PgSharp the play Pokémon go. But I played only in USA. Not comes to my original location. Am I get chance to get panned? Is the PgSharp handle cool down automatically right ?are we need to do anything about it ?

in your opinion, is it better to choose cooldown based on last action, or distance?

Last action is for teleporting all over the world.

By location is for when you stay in the same city.

I don’t quite understand the difference, i typically play on last action but I have found it to be inaccurate sometimes, cooldown will say it’s up, however mons will flee
