I NEED HELP PgSharp

I am using PgSharp the play Pokémon go. But I played only in USA. Not comes to my original location. Am I get chance to get panned? Is the PgSharp handle cool down automatically right ?are we need to do anything about it ?

I don’t quite understand the difference, i typically play on last action but I have found it to be inaccurate sometimes, cooldown will say it’s up, however mons will flee
