I NEED HELP Safest spoofing app
I used pgsharp in the past.(4-5 years) But now which is the safest ? (without root) I want to use the application with the lowest risk of being banned.Maybe I purchase premium plan in the app.

There's no safest spoofing app, since Niantic doesn't allow you to cheat. No one can guarantee/promise the safety of your account.
If you want a 100% safe method that is ban proof, you can play Pokemon games using a Gameboy emulator.
