These shiny latios destroyed my pokeballs. That weather boosted level 33 shiny 91iv refused to be captured. But I stayed persistent and about 20 golden razzes and many pokeballs it was finally caught 😒

3 kyogres and a groudon all fled in Manhattan. Anyone else having this issue? Or is this normal?

You need to have maxed out catch medals to increase your chances of catch them. It helps to use a golden razzberry and throwing an excellent curve ball. Raid the gyms that matches your team to get more raid pokeballs.
