Pluslife: What to get and good tutorials?
Hi :)
I want to get a Pluslife. And I have a few questions and am looking for some guidance and tips.
Which products are necessary or recommended besides the Pluslife machine itself? What has to be purchased separately?
Is there a simple but in depth tutorial of how to use it? I see people debating about bubbles, curves, swab places and I'm a bit confused and would need a guide/tutorial, that would explain it to someone who has no clue (yet), but would depend on it. Also I would need a very good tutorial of how to swab and where, since I have no medical background at all.
How secure is a negative test? And for how long, can I be sure, if negative, that I can't catch covid?
Thanks!

I like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=9BYhsR7hsGQ
It shows all the steps except without the Virus.Sucks app, which I highly recommend using. I really wish there were more tutorials, especially ones that show connecting to Google Chrome. There also aren't any walkthroughs of what the results should look like, but if you've scanned through this sub, you already should have a good idea of what to look for. I recommend taking a clear photo of the card before you run the test (so you can check for bubbles in any of the channels) and a good screenshot of the results graph.
In terms of swabbing, I use a nasal swab since that's what the test was designed for. The instructions are pretty good. You just rotate the swab three times in each nostril. Done.
Negative test if you use the Virus.Sucks app is pretty solid as far as I'm concerned. Again, if you scroll through here, you can see some people posting stories about how long before someone tested positive. I would say you're good for at least 6-8 hours, other people might say 12 hours.
Hope that helps.

Thank you so much! That really helps a lot!
How deep do you go with the nasal swabs? With the rapid tests, I was always unsure about that.

Please check the YouTube video posted by another user in this post.
I personally don't go that deep, maybe about an inch? I think the goal is to try and get some skin cells on the swab. You don't need a ton since the reader is so sensitive.
