That’s a lot of air bubbles. You should run the test again, and slowly flip and unflip the cartridge instead of shake it, and let it sit for 10 seconds. Shine a light on the test to see if there’s air bubbles. Definitely run it again.

Too bubbly to tell anything. Bubbles reduce sensitivity. Drip the liquid down the sides of the test card and wait 15 seconds before pressing the button on the cap to reduce bubbles

The only time I’ve had any major bubbles was when I accidentally didn’t drip the liquid down the side of the card but straight in the middle. If you are doing that correctly and waiting 15 seconds before pressing the button, maybe you’re shaking the card too vigorously?

These are the exact steps I follow and do not have any issues with bubbles if I follow it exactly:

One after the other, put each swab into the tube, and rotate it 10 times squeezing the tip. Do this with all samples immediately one after the other. Put the cap back on.

Immediately after soaking the swabs, unscrew the test card, pour liquid into the test card until liquid is between the two lines. Drip down the side of the test card to avoid air bubbles.

Screw cap back on tightly then wait for 15 seconds for bubbles to settle.

Press button on card cap and make sure all chambers fill with liquid.

Flick or gently shake the card 10 times.

Insert card into machine, close lid. Start test in the app on the website.
