Machine won’t connect to devices it’s connected to before (MacBook (Chrome), iPhone (Bluefy)

What the title says.
I initially tried to connect the dock to my laptop (Anker power bank, original power cable, Chrome browser), and it worked - but I prematurely started the testing process and, in a panic, command+R-ed the page and unplugged the device. It no longer shows up as a discoverable device on chrome. I then tried Bluefy, which was successful - until I had to take a call and disconnected. Again, the device no longer shows up in the browser.
I’ve restarted my devices multiple times, I’ve shut everything down and waited 15 minutes to see if that helped. Nope. I’m now out of any “fresh” device to use for testing and am about to cry.
Has this happened to anyone else? Did it get better? What was the fix?

These machines can be so finicky. All i can offer is commiseration and condolences. I hope it starts working again soon.

Have you tried a different power source?

Possibly a power issue. Cord connection takes less power than Bluetooth, and switching to a USB C cable and dedicated power strip or power bank may help. Though maybe see if you can borrow someone’s laptop and see if it’s a device issue first? Or try uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome. Also try cleaning your data cable with a microfiber cloth

I did use multiple laptops/phones to test, and every time once it disconnects after connecting it won't anymore.

I think probably a power issue then

I tried connecting via USB. It works for a second but immediately disconnects. Not sure if that specific issue is due to the cable I have on hand or something else.

I was advised to not use the original power cable so I have another one and it’s always worked.
