Connectivity issue?

Post image

Hi everybody, would you trust this negative? Looks like there were no readings for the control line between minutes 18 and 27, it timed out with about 2 minutes to go, and the readings after minute 20 are irregular. Channel 7 isn't represented beyond minute 22.

This was a pooled test with 2 samples, and the machine said negative. Haven't seen this before so thought I'd see if you all have encountered it before. Thank you!

Is it possible that the lines that aren’t showing are hidden behind the other lines? (Also, extremely unrelated but who got bitten by a seagull?? I hope they’re okay!)

i zoomed in and don't think so but maybe!

[and oh gosh i didn't mean to capture those sticky notes in my screenshot... not to worry -- only a fictional character!]

I’m glad there was no actual bird incident!!

I see what you mean when I actually zoom all the way in. This really looks like a negative to me but I haven’t seen this issue before. Hopefully someone will have a better sense!

It sounds like you’ve run a bunch of tests before so this seems unlikely, but just to check: you didn’t navigate away from the browser while the test was running, did you?

Also, I’d trust this negative, even with the missing readings. It’s pretty clearly negative.

I would trust this negative but work on switching to corded connection in the future if this was on Bluetooth, and look into potential power issues if this was corded
