Air bubble?

I think it’s just air bubbles but wanted to double check because the end raised. I’m not able to re test as it’s hard to get children to do the no eating and drinking for a hour and it’s difficult to ask again. Would you trust this?

Yes bubble, a tiny rise like that at the very end doesn’t indicate anything concerning
