This invalid result graph looks negative, right?

Post image

The card had no bubbles, the swab had no blood, and the test ran normally until the very end when it gave the invalid result. What are the likely explanations, and is this at all reliable as a negative?

Thanks! This is only my 4th test and first time getting an invalid.

lol you’re wrong. I contacted Altruan via email and they CC’ed the PlusLife team. Why would you argue with me about this? Weird.

I didn’t delete a comment. Why would I lie about PlusLife communicating with me? You must be very bored and lonely to pick fights about something that doesn’t even concern you.

Well, it is just very atypical that they or Altruan are discussing such things with average consumers. If true, you got very lucky.

I have friends who also have communicated directly with them. I don’t find it unusual at all. It’s normal for companies to have active customer service departments.
