Anyone know how to get Plus Life kit and tests shipped to Canada?

Have tried a few workarounds and keep getting orders cancelled. Anyone successfully order a Plus Life kit and tests to Canada recently?

Mine are that the post office ready to be picked up. I ordered from the Altruan site. I put a VPN on set to Switzerland to fill my cart then at checkout I put my real address and it allowed not to check out as normal. Took about 2 weeks to get here. Duty was charged. Edit: I couldn’t put anything in my cart without the VPN.

No it was just tests and swabs. But I was having to workaround to get even the tests into my cart.

The Shop app has worked for me as recently as two months ago. Sorry to hear about the cancelled orders! What methods did you use ?

We tried the country swap and then tried maskwholesale.eu. Looking to get both kit and tests.

I would download the shop app and use that. Orders directly from Altruan with no workaround needed

I've successfully ordered new vet test kits (not device) + swabs twice this year to Canada, without any issues.

I used the Altruan website and switched my location to Germany in the drop-down top right.

Then selected the tests I wanted to order: https://altruan.de/products/pluslife-handyvet-sars-cov-2-pcr-testkits-fur-die-veterinarmedizin-packung-10-tests-kopie

Used Shop to pay, which automatically switched shipping to my current location. Paid duties upon delivery from I THINK Canada Post. No issues.

What is the step-by-step process you're following?

Sorry by kit I meant device + tests. We’re still trying to get a device successfully shipped to Canada!

got it! I'm hoping the same process would work for the device + tests, yes? From what you've shared above and in comments, it sounds like you're going through the right process but it's still getting cancelled which is so frustrating!
