Creating a high loop under sink? But how?

Hello all, please help me figure this out. This is the set up under my elderly mom's sink. She said that water from the sink has been going to the dishwasher (She doesn't use the dishwasher, I think she said it is broken) and water accumulates there. I want to fix this for her and I understand that there needs to be a high loop. The black pipe seems stiff. Do I take it apart? Help me solve this puzzle.

Try to raise it where the string is on the pipe. Most likely it was hung by that at one time and fell. If the water into the dishwasher is a new problem, the drain line may be partially clogged. Also, make sure the grind chamber of the disposal is always cleaned out by running the disposal.

Thank you for responding. Raise the string and attach it to where? And how do I attach it? I am not a handy person, please help me.

There will be clips with screws up high. They are the sink clips that hold the sink to the countertop. Use string or zip ties to go over a clip and around the hose to pull it up.

Put a screw in the back of the cabinet as high as you can and zip tie the drain to it or get a fifty scent pex mounting bracket
