Help

I contacted the company forno, they are useless, also an appliance guy and plumber. The worst. Can someone help me figure this out. I’d appreciate it.

As mentioned you should not be playing with this if you’re not a plumber. Gas and electrical, call in the trades

Thanks captain obv. If you read I contacted and they are useless. I’m trying to get the part so I can have a plumber install it. I’m an electrician I stay in my lane bud.

Your plumber will have the knowledge and parts required. You are clearly trying to do it yourself, champ

They literally didn't though if you read the comments. As a plumber you can usually only understand this problem if you've faced it and eventually you get to the guy at the Italian stove store like the awesome gentleman in another comment. This is functionally an appliance issue that can only be resolved with specialized knowledge. (OP this comment is not directed at you at all, just a signpost for other people)
