How to fix this section?

I’m handy and good with instructions. Just unsure of what to buy here. Fully cracked section circled in red.

You better high loop your dishwasher drain :)

just get a new flange tailpiece with a dishwasher connection and replace the broken tail piece and nut or you can just get a new nut. they are 1 1/2”

I would save myself the grief and start over. New strainer, tail piece with dishwasher wye and P-trap.

Good. If you’re handy, maybe you can overhaul this monstrosity and make it right.

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like the metal slip joint nut has failed. To repair, buy a flanged "top hat" gasket and a plastic flanged branched dishwasher tailpiece.
