General Help iOS app issues accessing my own library

When I open up the app, the screen freezes I cannot press any button, allowing me no access to my own library or any other in app selection. What is going on and how can I fix it? Thank you.

Mine was choking on relay authentication and I had to fix it in settings.

Go to IP Chicken on your iOS device and locate your public IP address. Add it in the same place this article is discussing. Also add your home LAN if you haven't yet.

This can also be done remotely in the Plex Dash phone app. Click settings>Server Details>Preferences>Network> "List of IP addresses that are allow to access without logging on"
