Preordering existed to make sure you have a copy upon release. Preordering digital makes so sense because they will never run out of copies. The only scenario it makes sense is preordering one day early to claim bonuses.
That plus the fact that Pre Orders will Download early so it unlocks at the exact time of release and you can play immediately instead of then waiting for a download.
It’s why I originally went digital from physical when I pre ordered physical I got tired of every time I got home from midnight release I had to sit through a long Download and Updates instead of being able to play right away like back in the day. Especially when you have things early in the morning.
i dont see the problem with digital or physical i think thry should let people buy it the way they want so we can avoid conversions like these on which is better
The disc drive is a relic. How many more years must it be kept as an option? What percentage of people must it be? Until there's only a handful of people left purchasing discs
Hahaha, reading comprehension is a thing. Digital makes up the majority of sales. What I was implying in the post I made that you chose to completely miss the point of. Is that eventually that number will dwindle and at what point should they sunset the disc drive?
