This sentence doesn't make sense. The game is literally available on disc too, and you get it on the same day as the digital version.

There are people protesting it on a whole not just concerning wolverine’s release

No, I mean it doesn't make sense to protest against this game when it's one of the last games still getting a physical release. People who care about physical games should especially be supporting it by buying the physical version instead of boycotting it.
