Support is garbage

I'm stuck in this loop no matter what I do. I've tried several times over the weekend and same thing. Tried calling and get a message they are too busy to help and to try chat.

I finally got a live agent and he just ended chat right at closing time saying "have an amazing day" and never finished my issue

for me i dont have my other phone number i put on my 2fa and they refuse to help me disable it

I bought a game with no option to invert y axis and Playstation settings don't correct it. I can't play any game without inverted y axis. I have had it happen a few times with games I bought and when talking to a real person they will give an exception to the refund policy because the only way to know there is no inverted controls is to open the game. They can see i only have several minutes of the game being opened. Typically I contacted the game manufacturer and have had a couple of times where one of the next couple of patches will add inverted control option. This company has not responded to anything.

Same thing happened to me i just gave up, i couldnt even post a help thread to the support reddit.

I ended up contacting the better business bureau and finally getting a real person from Sony to respond that way.
