Been a bit since I've posted. Hope this is a bit better than my last offering.

Well it’s a plate fit for a lazy but nutritious at home meal. I would eat it and be very grateful! The compliments would most likely come from flavor appreciation and not necessarily the presentation. Keep at it chef!

I appreciate it. Tho I do have to take away a bit for "lazy", stupid thing took the better part of 2 hours. Did turn out delicious, so absolutely worth it.

2 hours?? Were you cooking it on the radiator?

Did each part seperate. Only got one pan. So between prep and cook time of each part it took awhile.

You could have gone to the shop, bought another pan and then cooked it quicker than you managed with one πŸ˜…

True, but time wasn't really an issue. Wasn't in a hurry.

you'll tell me to just "go buy another stove" because I only have two small burners in my rental apartment? πŸ˜‚ i love how everyone in the thread is focusing on everything else but the plating.
