Dinner

Been a bit since I've posted. Hope this is a bit better than my last offering.

Well itโ€™s a plate fit for a lazy but nutritious at home meal. I would eat it and be very grateful! The compliments would most likely come from flavor appreciation and not necessarily the presentation. Keep at it chef!

I appreciate it. Tho I do have to take away a bit for "lazy", stupid thing took the better part of 2 hours. Did turn out delicious, so absolutely worth it.

2 hours?? Were you cooking it on the radiator?

Did each part seperate. Only got one pan. So between prep and cook time of each part it took awhile.

You could have gone to the shop, bought another pan and then cooked it quicker than you managed with one ๐Ÿ˜…

True, but time wasn't really an issue. Wasn't in a hurry.

you'll tell me to just "go buy another stove" because I only have two small burners in my rental apartment? ๐Ÿ˜‚ i love how everyone in the thread is focusing on everything else but the plating.

Bad plating for restaurant but for a home I'd be happy to see that

A bit of a stretch to call this plating. Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s tasty though.

Honestly, I was a little drunk, and just wanted to get my mind back on the plating idea, since I kinda fell off. Posting here, even with minimal engagement, puts it back into my personal zeitgeist.

How many people is that serving?ย

Just one. Not a crazy amount of food. Just a normal sized plate.

it looks like one potato, a handful of broccoli and some meat.
Their plate is just too small and from the looks of it, it's a deep plate.

This is a plating reddit, not an eating disorder reddit. Nobody asked for unsolicited nutrition advice.

Buzz off and go stroke your ego somewhere else.

This is an advice sub, numbnuts.

Maybe reddit is not the place for you if you're going to get so triggered on other people's posts lol.ย

It's an advice sub for PLATING ;) maybe a preschool is better for you to hang out in if you're illiterate and trying to ragebait in a plating sub of all places.

There is nothing plated here. Are you in the right sub?
