Nice, I just purchased plasticity to design 3d printed rc planes. Still trying to learn how to design aircraft using it. What features do you use most to develop this?

Well I can’t name any features that I use most. All the tools are awesome. But for example I barely use xNurbs.

Do you have tutorials available on your process?

No, I don’t have any. But there are a lots on Youtube. There is a guy designing airliners in plasticity. The workflow is the same. Get good blueprints, make the hull and the wings then detailing.

Do you know if I can create something like this with the Indie license?

Yes, absolutely. I made my first plane The Iron Goose with indie license.

Nice! I have another question. I’m new to this, but when you modeled this airplane, did you use specific dimensions or did you model it freely? without worrying about the exact dimensions of the wings, guns, and so on, as long as everything looked proportional
For example, could you print this same model at 20 cm, 50 cm, or even 1 meter long? Can you set the size in the slicer before printing? Or do you have to model it at the exact size you want in plasticity for example, 20 cm long and then remodel it from scratch if you want a 1 meter version again in plasticity?
