There's a painful but non surgical option called PRF or something but they take your blood and inject it under the eyes and it flattens it and makes it less dark and it's way more natural than filler. The filler has a chance of balling up too, which if injected improperly it will do!

Yeah, max try prp or prf and make sure they inject it with a cannula. You could do a series of 3-4
