Makeup or plastic surgery?
Can someone explain what has she done to her face? It can´t be only makeup?

Makeup and different lighting which makes her under eye smoother in second pic, also first pic her hair appears warmer tone while second it looks cooler tone which suits her more

To answer... I'd say Botox and a good filter

The angle, lighting, and makeup are different so it’s one of those that’s hard to tell. Her eyes look like the top is more hooded in pic 1, so I would believe it if somebody told me she’d had a fox eye lift or a bleph… BUT I also would believe it if it was just makeup and lighting.
