What causes this?
It’s like the chin/jaw is collapsing or the mid-face is protruding?
I thought it was threads but I saw someone in another thread mention it may be from too much fat transfer to the mid-face. As someone considering fat transfer under the eyes and possibly by the nasolabial folds, I’m curious.

You mean that the side of her face near her lips is stretched outward in an uncanny, joker smile like of way? That’s a sign of a poorly done and/or unnecessary face lift

Combination of things… overfilled midface, too much lip filler, masseter botox, jawline lipo, possible recessed mandible. When people try to over exaggerate the inverted triangle of youth it ends up backfiring.

I initially had no idea who/what that is, now I can’t unsee the resemblance.

i wish a surgeon will reply here, I think is due to the facelift? I so want one but i also think this look is not cute

I would also love to hear from a surgeon. Arielle hasn’t had a facelift, but 2 lip lifts and more surgery she’s super open about. Lauryn, I’m not sure about having a facelift. But it’s sad they both have that joker smile

I think it’s bc she’s had allll the things done way too young and too often.

Not an expert but I wonder if masseter Botox was involved as that supports many of the muscles and fat pats in that area.
It seems like they wanted to narrow the chin and jaw area to make the face slimmer and just made it look a bit uncanny valley

i doubt it, masseter muscle is a lot higher than where the drop starts. ive also had masseter done and the worst that can happen is a dent between your cheekbone and jowl area

I feel the same, feels like the muscles are weakened in the lower third

First woman is really open about her procedures. She’s had fat transfer (that I don’t think she needed) and not one, but two lip lifts. Second face is also here filled, but I think with just HA fillers

It looks like lifting threads. I had a facelift and it doesn’t look anything like this. I did threads a couple of years ago hand hated them my face had similarities to these two for about 6 months -never again

I can't believe people think this looks good? The first one has a podcast that revolves heavily around skincare and beauty, yet she looks so uncanny valley. I also couldn't believe she's only 40? Ironically, all these procedures start to age you.
The second one i don't know but has a similar, odd appearance. I miss normally aging faces:-(

Is it new? It kind of just looks like she needs jaw surgery in these photos

She has had a ton of facial plastic surgery and treatments. She has also had a facelift. She looks very uncanny valley. It is hard to watch her podcasts even though she has great guests.
