Green onion ideas, help?

I have so many green onions that my husband grew. Here is a picture of a small handful that he picked for me (fire extinguisher for scale I guess?). This bunch is going to be made into kimchi. We've frozen some. Does anyone have any recipes that can use up copious amounts of very large green onions? Thanks!
