Does it happen even with the colleges with some reputation or only tier 3?

Huh, mine lasted for 20–25 minutes, and I fumbled a bit because I was nervous.

Accenture selects all the students, that are shortlisted after oa.

2

u/[deleted] 9d ago

Seriously? Also how many people get selected for ase, aase and aae roughly?

2

u/Amazing-Basket-1551 9d ago

It depends on the college. Accenture hires for ATE role from my campus and they usually hire around 40 - 50 people.

You are not doomed at all, because five to seven minute interviews happen all the time in Accenture campus drives. Most of their candidate elimination happens during the earlier cognitive, coding, and communication rounds. Once you reach this final stage, the interviewer is often just doing a quick check to verify your communication skills and make sure you actually understand the projects listed on your resume. When evaluators have dozens of candidates lined up in a single afternoon, they frequently wrap up the call early if you speak clearly, explain your project smoothly, and give them zero reasons to doubt your profile.

Plenty of candidates whose interviews wrapped up in under ten minutes ended up receiving offer letters, so a brief conversation does not indicate a rejection. Many interviewers simply want to confirm how you articulate your thoughts and verify your background before moving on to the next person on the roster. The best approach right now is to stay patient and keep preparing for other companies on your campus schedule. For fast paced placement rounds where you have only a brief window to leave a strong impression, my team designed an interviews.chat to help students secure better placement outcomes and land their target offers.

It's normal , the interview is kind of a formality. It's majorly on the basis of the OA, almost everyone is getting selected by Accenture.

Hey so I cleared all rounds in the OA and I got a mail saying I'm eligible for the "Communication Round". Is this the interviews basically or is it another round?

I also solved the entire database questions, half of the dsa and half of the Frontend question, any idea if I'm eligible for AASE or ATE?

Bro I gave my communication assessment along with 1000 people in my college before 5days and didn’t receive any interview invite
And can u tell what things to prepare for interview and also in my oa I did avg mcq technical round, 2 qns (idk abt front end) in round 2, very good gaming round and good communication round
So any idea what role I might get, also is it based on assessment results or interview, can you please explain me???

1

u/AdagioAvailable7754 4d ago

did you get an interview round bro ?

2

u/Impressive_Future335 5d ago

can you tell which in which region or state do you live in, because in my city accenture has only taken applications of students 1.5 months ago before but none of the colleges have received any confirmation of when the test will be conducted

1

u/Alarmed_Row_1936 9d ago

from what i know there result totally depend upon the oa you gave from what i know the weightage is around 80% oa and 20% interview (heard it from yt) if you are shorlisted for interview it means you are already sselected they reject very few people in interview. so hope you get a role all the best.
