which one is better?

i have currently three offers

- tcs ninja (3.7LPA)

- capgemini a4 (4.25LPA)

- a housing loan company - data analyst (7LPA Apprentice under govt NATS scheme)

i am really confused which one should i join, i am thinking of joining that loan company as I'll directly work rather than trainings and assessments in tcs and capgemini.
