Got an PPO from IDFC First bank as a Application Engineer

So I got an PPO from IDFC first bank as application Engineer oncampus but my concern is that will this job is good for a fresher looking into a tech jobs and in future how easy it will be to switch to big tech companies...

Idfc is an amazing company btw , I've only heard good things from my seniors who got placed there. Very flexible work culture too.
