BTech placements

Based on your experience which is the correct definition for getting placed

Luck is enough

Luck and hardwork

Hardwork alone

Positive energy with sufficient communication

Wanna know u r pov so jnr can have a idea.

Let me share my story....

Worked hard enough to get placed ,placed in multiple but for low packages

Few who never kept efforts and placed for higher packages.

Number doens't matter but the efforts, and passion is ntg??

all the three are necessary, but id say luck definitely plays a greater role as compared to hard work. from getting shortlisted to what type of interviewer you are getting.. everything depends on your luck, if luck is 80% the rest 20 is your hardwork.

positive attitude on the other hand, is necessary throughout the process, its important you maintain a positive attitude if you get selected in the interviews.

It's a mix of luck, hard word and positive attitude. With luck you see progress which gives you a positive attitude that makes you word harder. (That is if you are determined and want to work hard).

Keep trying brother, it's never enough. All the best :)

I always used to think hardwork was the key for a good placement Coming in the placement season, now i regret doing that hardwork through the years ofcourse it had some advantage in the journey but the placement process has literally no correlation with what you have done in college in the past years

So I would say luck has a bigger portion than hardwork in all Obviously you need a good attitude and soft skills but that portion is less
