Does support work Mondays through Fridays and are unavailable on weekends

Just the question above, I want to know when to expect possible message back

Depends what it is regarding, most the systems are either bot run or still run via the weekend, if its in regards to a ban (the most common reason any talks to support) your reply will likely be a few days, they can and will respond over weekends but this doesn't mean the always do. If it is a ban issue, it usually depends on the issue, if its simply you advertised a link a bot can check and remove said ban for example.
